The White House, a 3.4k sqft, 1960s traditional-style home turned into a modern, transitional retreat!
We completed a large-scale renovation on this charming, 1960s traditional home. With great bones, it just needed some careful space planning and cosmetic refinishing to bring it back to life.
While our team touched every square inch of this home, one of the biggest structural updates we made was to the kitchen by knocking out walls, running a load-bearing beam and completely opening up the main living, dining, and kitchen areas. Another area we transformed was the primary bedroom. We combined 2 of the 3 rooms upstairs allowing us to create a luxurious primary ensuite complete with a large walk-in closet and spacious bathroom.
