This carefully renovated home with a large lot and park within walking distance allows for a chance to slow down life a bit. Our goal with the interior renovation was to make that feeling come to fruition in the design. The only original feature kept in this home was the layout, otherwise all of the inside was redone from top to bottom including new flooring, carpet, kitchen, lighting, bath vanities, tile, trim, hardware, etc.
One of the biggest changes was through painting. Previously having various colors throughout the home, we created a blank slate by brightening up the walls, cabinetry and trim. From pink, purple, yellow walls and red cabinets, the home is now cohesive with warm, soft neutrals.
