Meet Rice Marsh Reno: our 5 bed, 3 bath, 2,420 sqft passion project with a stunning view of Rice Marsh Lake that was carefully remodeled from top to bottom over a 6-month period.

Some structural updates we made to this home included opening the kitchen walls, adding an island, and re-arranging the upstairs layout to create an additional bathroom.

With our favorite walking trail, an abundance of natural light, and open concept design, this home holds a special place in our hearts. We know the next owners will love watching the gorgeous sunrises each morning, get that same serene feeling of being able to slow down in the center of a busy city, and enjoy the home as much as we have enjoyed creating it!
